After the months full of problems, the Vesna Children Treatment Center was balm soothing my nerves. Everything went on smoothly and the personnel were very friendly and professional. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

The only problem was that we did not have enough Matěj's special vital aids (such as filters, etc.) and in spite of their maximum efforts, the spa centre was not able to ensure them. Therefore we contacted the department from which Matěj went to the spa. Their response would not probably surprise anyone: "Matěj is not our patient anymore, you have to get them yourself..." We managed to get them within two days of intense running about, at not a small cost (several thousand Czech Crowns), but again, we feel that everything depends on people and their approach.
